To present the delicious taste of Aceh's sweet corn compote, there are several basic ingredients needed and they are very easy to find.
The materials needed are:
- Sweet corn
2.Glutinous rice
3.White Potato
4.Glutinous Rice - Pandan leaves
6.Salt - Coconut milk
The steps that must be taken are:
Peel the sweet corn and sweet potatoes by removing the skin, then wash them thoroughly.
Wash the glutinous rice with clean water
Cut the sweet potato into small pieces
Cut the corn into small pieces using a knife or grated
Wash the pandan leaves until clean
Prepare a pot and put water in it, and enter the glutinous rice that has been washed clean, wait a while until the rice is cooked, then add the coconut milk that has been filtered well, wait until it boils, add a little salt, then add the sweet potato and corn that have been cut into small pieces. into the pot, wait a while until cooked and the sweet corn compote is ready to be served and enjoyed.
This sweet corn compote has a very delicious taste, so it doesn't hurt you to try it.
