Today, we experienced a tropical cyclone. The category of tropical cyclone is a tropical storm. The local name of the storm is Kristine.
The cyclone started to enter the area of responsibility yesterday, but the weather was manageable. But in the morning, my husband kept waking me up because of work yet it was hard for me to wake up since the strong winds and rain of the cyclone started at dawn and I was so alert because our area is prone to floods. When my husband kept nagging me, I listened to him and when I checked my Android phone, there was an announcement of suspension of classes due to the cyclone.
I wanted to sleep again, but my husband had already prepared our breakfast, so I decided to have my breakfast first before I turned myself to sleep.
I was expecting that the rain shower would stop this afternoon so that I could have my 10-minute walk yet unfortunately, we still experienced the bad weather brought by tropical storm Kristine.
Despite not having my 10-minute walk today, it was still fine since I had the 17-minute walk yesterday.
I hope tomorrow will have good weather so that I can continue my 10-minute walk a day.
