Akşam anneler günü için sürpriz birşeyler hazırlayalım diye düşünürken kahvaltı için annem ve kardeşimin sevdiği tarçınlı Damla çikolatalı kurabiyeleri yapmaya karar verdik ve hemen harekete geçtik. Bu kurabiyenin tadına bir tane yiyerek doyamıyorsunuz. Hem tadı güzel hemde az malzeme ile çok kurabiye elde edebilinen bereketli bir kurabiye.

While we were thinking that we should prepare something surprise for Mother's Day in the evening, we decided to make Cinnamon Drop Chocolate Cookies for breakfast, which my mother and brother loved, and we took action immediately. You can't get enough of this cookie by eating just one. It is a rich cookie that tastes good and can produce a lot of cookies with less ingredients.

Malzemeler

Hazırlanışı

Oda sıcaklığındaki tereyağı ve bir buçuk su bardağı şekeri bir derin bir kabın içersine koyuyoruz ve ikisini birden yoğuruyoruz. Krema kıvamına gelen tereyağ ve şekerin içersine yavaş yavaş diğer sıvı malzemeleri ekleyip sıvı bir kurabiye karışımı elde ediyorum.

Preparation

We put room temperature butter and one and a half cups of sugar in a deep bowl and knead them both. I gradually add other liquid ingredients to the creamy butter and sugar and get a liquid cookie mix.

Elde ettiğimiz sıvı hamur karışımına yavaş yavaş alabildiğince un ve sonrasında kabartma tozunu ile kakaoyu ekleyip yoğuruyoruz son olarak damla çikolatasını da koyuyoruz ve şekil vermeye başlıyoruz. Yegenimle beraber yaptığımız için hızlı bir şekilde hamurdan ceviz büyüklügünde parçalar alıp top şekline getirip fırın tepsisine yerleştirdik. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derecedeki fırına kurabiyeleri verdik. Kurabiyenin tarçınlı güzel kokuları evi sardı bile. Yemek için sanırım sabahı bekleyemiyecegiz 😉

We gradually add flour as much as possible, and then baking powder and cocoa to the liquid dough mixture that we obtain, and knead it. Finally, we add the chocolate chips and start shaping. Since we were making it with my nephew, we quickly took walnut-sized pieces of dough and formed them into balls and placed them on the baking tray. We put the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 degrees. Cinnamon scents of the cookies have already filled the house. I guess we can't wait for the morning to eat 😉

Biz kahvaltı için hazırladık ama kahve yanına da çok yakışan bir tad. Bizimkiler çikolata tadını çok sevdikleri için Tarçınlı Damla çikolatalı bu kurabiyenin üzerine Nutella şurup yiyorlar. 😋 Deneyip begeniceginizi umuyorum.
