Small fish curry

Hi everyone. I hope you all are doing well. It is becoming impossible for us to live well in this era of global warming. Sometimes the temperature is too high and sometimes too low. Adapting to the environment is important now.

There is a lot of work involved. It doesn't seem easy to cope with everything. The temperature is very high in Bangladesh now. It is very difficult to work in hot weather. However, life will go on as life goes on.

Today I am here with a recipe for a small fish curry. If you can eat such delicious food without eating fried food this summer, your body will be healthy. The benefits of small fish cannot be overstated. Hope the recipe will be useful for you.

Ingredients-

  1. Maurla fish
  2. onion
  3. Chilli
  4. Ginger paste
  5. Garlic paste
  6. Cumin
  7. Cilantro
  8. Tomato
  9. Mustard Oil.

Making process-

  1. Maurla fish is a very small fish so it takes a lot of time and effort to clean it. I cleaned and washed all the fish very carefully. It should be washed in such a way that no dirt remains after cleaning the fish.
  2. Wash the fish well, drain the water and take it in a bowl. Then marinate with some spices.
  3. First marinate the fish with chopped onions, chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic paste, cumin seeds, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mustard oil.
  4. Rest for half an hour.By this time, the flavour of the masala will penetrate well into the fish. The fish will be more delicious to eat.
  5. Then add some oil to the pan and fry it well with chopped onions. It is better to use mustard oil as oil here. It also makes food better and keeps it nutritious.
  6. Put the marinated fish in hot oil. cook for a while.
    7.After cooking for a while, the fish will be cooked, then stir it in such a way that it does not break.
  7. Then add enough water. After cooking for a while, when the water dries up, spread the coriander leaves.
  8. Then serve it with steamed rice and lemon.

Small fish are rich in vitamin A. Which helps to improve eye sight. Prevents nutrient requirements.Fish is abundant in Bangladesh. Bengalis are called fish and rice Bengalis. However, this concept is currently changing. Many small fishes are found in the canal banks of Bangladesh.

This is my parents favorite recipe. They like to eat it a lot. I don't like it much but eat it because it is useful.Fish can be eaten while losing weight. Research shows that we should eat fish every day to stay healthy.
