And one of them is to bake it.

In this case I show you how to prepare a quick, delicious, natural and nutritious meal.

The ingredients are equal portions of flour, grated cheese, an egg, minced meat and seasonings to taste as you can see in the picture. And of course a pumpkin, if it is of the variety anco better, cut into slices or slices each of a thickness not exceeding 1-2 cm.

Everything must be mixed to amalgamate the content and give it a certain homogeneity. The one serves to unite the ingredients.

We cover the slice of pumpkin with the minced meat already seasoned and we bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees of temperature.

When we open the oven and check that it is almost ready, we add the grated cheese or a cream cheese slice on top.

Cook for 2-3 minutes more (remember that the oven is already hot) the time necessary for the cheese to melt and that's it.

El zapallo es una hortaliza que tiene múltiples aplicaciones, muchas de las cuáles no logramos aprovechar.

Y una de ellas es hacerlo al horno.

En este caso les muestro como preparar una comida rápida, deliciosa, natural y nutritiva.

Los ingredientes son porciones iguales de harina, queso de rallar, un huevo, carne picada y condimentos a gusto como ven la foto. Y por supuesto un zapallo, si es de la variedad anco mejor, cortado en tajadas o fetas cada una de un espesor no superior a 1-2 cms.

Se debe mezclar todo para amalgamar el contenido y darle una cierta homogeneidad. El uno sirve para unir los ingredientes.

Cubrimos la tajada de zapallo con la carne picada ya aderezada y horneamos por 20 minutos a 180 grados de temperatura.

Cuando abrimos el horno y comprobamos que está casi listo le agregamos arriba el queso de rallar o una feta de queso cremoso.

Cocinamos por 2-3 minutos más (recordemos que el horno ya está caliente) el tiempo necesario para que se derrita el queso y ya está.
