A lot of people have their reasons for taking coffee, as some is just for the caffeine in it which will make them not to sleep. As for me it is more than just the caffeine. It is more like a love story. My day begins with a cup of black coffee. My wife will ask me, " Babe how do you enjoy it black, that thing bitter". My response is always the same, "You will not know the beauty of it until you try it". My coffee is my joy giver and to be honest it begins from the point of making it.
The view of it is sexy, the smell of it is lovely and the taste of it is heavenly. My view of cream coffee is adulterated, while my view of black coffee is whole and pious. I have made up my mind that whenever I get enough cash I will be getting the coffee beans myself and brew it myself. Then there will be no need for already made from tin.
Do not mind this electric kettle, it might look old but it is still serving its purspose. Which is mainly to boil water at a 100 degrees Centigrade, hot enough to dissolve my coffee powder. There is actually one major difference that I onserved between making coffee with boiled water and making coffee with room temperature water.
I have a special coffee mug, the color is white. This coffee mug I got from @hislab the last time I visited him. Thanks to him for giving me the mug. When I made coffee for the first time in this mug with room temperature water my observation was that the mug was clean at a single rinse. But, when I made coffee in this same mug with water that has boiled 100 degrees, my observation was that the cup was stained with the color of the coffee and a singe rinse could not make the mug clean.
My conclusion is that with boiled water every particle of the coffee powder disolved, while with room temperature water not every particle dissolved. Therefore, making coffee with water boiled at 100 degrees is the best way to make a coffee.
