So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.
The dish we made today is very easy to Cook, you can easily see it from the recipe below. We usually make it and keep it in the Freezer to be used later. It is easy to fry, so when the guests come, we can fry them without any hustle and serve them ASAP.
Ingredients
- 1/2 KG potatoes
- 250-gram boneless chicken
- salt ( as per taste )
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder.
- 2 pinch white pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon whole spice powder
- 2 pinch Chinese salt.
- 3 tablespoons crushed green coriander.
- 1 teaspoon crushed green chilli.
- 3 tablespoons gram flour.
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder.
- 2 pinch baking soda powder.
- oil for frying
Cooking Procedure
The first step is to Boil the potatoes, to do so, we will peel off the potato's skin, cut them into pieces and then boil them in the water. the boil process should take 15-20 minutes. we will also boil the chicken along with the potatoes.
after boiling, take out the boiled potatoes & chicken and keep them in the big container as shown in the image, now bring the other spices and add them to the containers.
the purpose of using the big container is to mix all these properly.
We will also add chopped green coriander and green chillies as shown in the image.
now we will mix all these items and the potatoes will be mashed properly.
now we will give this material a round shape, you can use the shaper or you can use your hand.
now we will take gram flour, red chilli, salt & baking soda in the small container, we will mix some water in it. it will make it a thick paste.
You can see the thick paste in the image below.
Now dip the Cutlass in the thick paste and put them in the frying pan for frying. fry them for about 5 minutes. fry until it changes its colour to golden.
You can have them with Raita, or ketchup, it's your choice. Don't forget to have a cold drink with them.
