Hello Assalam o alikum
Hive Family
hope all of you are doing well and enjoy your life. today is Sunday means holiday for a professional person in Pakistan.
as you know holy month of Ramzan is going On. so, today i decided to utilize this holiday along with Roza (Fasting) to make a tasty desi pakora recipe with you.
Ingredients
1 large size potato
1 medium size Onion
5 to 6 pcs of Green Chili
fresh leaves of Spanish
Coriander Whole 2 table spoon
Cumin Seed 2 table spoon
Coriander Powder 1 table spoon
Red Chili Flakes 1 table spoon
White Iodized Salt as per taste
Gram Flour 5 table spoon
Cooking Oil ( For frying Purpose )
Plain Water as per requirement
Cooking
first of all I Chop Potato into thin long pieces. I get Spanish leaves and wash it once again then chop into small pieces. I got onion and peel it off and then cut into long pieces shown in a picture and also cut the green chilies into small round pieces.
I take coriander whole 2 table spoon , cumin seed 2 table spoon, Coriander Powder 1 table spoon, Red Chili Flakes 1 table spoon along with white iodized salt as per taste separately in a plate.
take the gram flour into a big bowl and mix all the chopped vegetables and mentioned spices into it and pour water as per requirement and make mixture of these all items. after making mixture gave at least half an hour to proper marinate this mixture. the rest time is very much important in this recipe to make pakora soft and delicious.
take and pan and put it on the stove at a high flame. pour cooking oil in this pan and make it hot at a high flame. to check the temperature of cooking oil put some drops of gram flour mixture and test the temperature of cooking oil when oil is at required temperature put your stove flame from high to medium.
now I put gram flour mixture in hot oil pan as per my favorite shape. you can choose shape of pakora as per your requirement and liking. full your pan with ram mixture of gram flour for cooking. then wait for the cooking completed of down side of pakora. in this time you have to put oil on the mixture in the pan to semi cooking of pakora from upper side. when you checked that base of pakora is almost near to cook you are requested to change the side of pakora from down side to upward and wait until both side of pakora is being cooked. when pakora is good cooked the color of pakora is almost light brown. now you are requested to put out the final pakora from the hot oil and further cook the remaining mixture as per previous cooking procedure.
our tasty and delicious pakora recipe is finally cooked and presented for serving.
