Surprise Match

I honestly did not expect to win this match. I have made so many mistakes and my army has been decimated swiftly and savagely. One problem with me is that when a valuable piece is lost, it usually cascades into a series of subsequent wrong moves. The win in this match was through sheer luck and desperation. Sometimes just making the best of what you have, even with rapidly dwindling resources, wins the day. Just like this gme. Persistence and tenacity is indeed a virtue.

If you want to have more interaction you should give the reader the notation of the game (here, not any link) so that they can follow the action on the board. Also it would be interesting to know, why you made certain moves, what were your plans etc.

Thanks for the input. Are the notation in the lower part of the video the one you were referring to? I will give insights on my plans next time. I'm just a bit shy because I really have little in the way of planning in my moves, as I do not think I am a good player. I just go along with what happens and adapt as the game progresses. No plans, really. I have loved chess so much since childhood, I am just frustrated with my skill level.
