What I see: seven sheep, five whose faces I can see, four of whom are lying down in that very green pasture.
What I feel: Instantly my mind went back to Psalm 23, among my favorite psalms, and with which I have so often reminded myself to be calm ... for this story, I essentially read the psalm backwards ...
“That was a dark, scary place we were in,” one sheep said to another. "Felt like death."
“Yes, but these still waters we came to were amazing,” said another.
“Finally resting in green pastures,” said another.
“We have a good shepherd, and we have all we need,” said the other.
