Hello community!
Today I'm going to talk about a very important topic. But before I start I'm going to show you some FALSE TALKS that we've all certainly heard at some point:
"Listen sir... I am very sorry to tell you this news, but the disease you have is a genetic disease and as you know, genetic diseases, there is nothing you can do about it! It is definitive! You will have to get used to it..... "
"Ah, but your child is autistic! You'll have to get used to it, ma'am."
"The impairment you have is irreparable. There's nothing we can do about it and you'll have to get used to living with it. It's permanent! It is inescapable!... Others have tried! But frankly, nothing works!"
When people talk to you about genetics, you argue about epigenetics. That is to say that genetics breaks its nose under epigenetics. Genetics is 10% of our total genetic heritage that we are talking about, it is just the cellular genetic heritage. And we know very well that genetic expression is completely transformed by the environment.
So I say:
Even if you don't have any evidence yet that this disease, that this disease has been reversed, I say to you: prove it! Prove it now because you are alive and there is this principle of homeostasis that is your reality, that is your heritage, and that you can rely on. And this homeostasis makes that every living system returns spontaneously to the state of equilibrium.
So what are you waiting for? It is possible!
The path must be traced and if others have not yet done so, it is up to you to clear it! But this is what awaits you and it is up to you to seize it!
I believe that everyone has been confronted with these kinds of final convictions in which you are told: "It's not possible! It's impossible!" "It's inescapable and it's for life!" So, beyond the false nature of these sentences, there is a phenomenon I wanted to point out that is even more important to me is how much our immune system is governed by our emotional state.
There is a part of science called "psycho-neuro-immunology" that links our emotional state with the functioning of our immune system. For example, it has been found that there are a lot of nerves that connect our central nervous system to our immune system. In particular, the bone marrow and the thymus, which are immune organs par excellence.
We also realized, of course, that there was a lymphatic system, a whole lymphatic circulation at the level of the brain, this system being a large part of our immune system, of defense and cleansing, and which is directly influenced by the functioning of our CNS (central nervous system).
Whenever we create fear, anxiety, anxiety, stress, you can tell yourself that your immune system is strongly impacted.
Studies done by an American doctor named Steve Cole, show, for example, that a state of prolonged solitude leads to an immune deficiency. There is an immune depletion, the immune system works much less efficiently.
This doctor even made a very interesting study on the notion of pleasure; he showed that finally a hedonistic pleasure, -- that is to say, turned towards the satisfaction of one's own goods -- did not lead to an improvement of the immune system.
You buy a nice car, you buy nice clothes, you buy a lot of things for yourself, it doesn't lead to an improvement of the immune system. On the other hand, if you have a eudemonic type of pleasure -- eudemonic, that refers to Aristotle's philosophy, it means that it is a pleasure that is turned towards others, towards creation, towards helping others -- then, at that moment, you have a flagrant improvement in the functioning of your immune system.
There, we mark a criterion! It is that the human being should not live alone and that the satisfaction of his own pleasure, the search for his own pleasure, something that is highly valued in our time, is vain because our immune system does not respond positively to these solicitations.
On the other hand, the fact of serving a greater purpose, the fact of serving others, the fact of carrying out much greater projects that benefit everyone, is very positive on the immune system.
All this makes us see what the normality of the human being is, because legitimately, in all our actions there is a principle of reward/pleasure. Something that makes us feel good is something that is adapted for us, it is something we have to go towards.
This major influence of emotions on the immune system is far too often completely ignored, especially when it comes to health.
We claim to have a health care system, and our health care system is the most anxiety-provoking one imaginable.
"The Fear Factory":
Most of our so-called "health" system, is in truth as I say, a disease system, a disease system in the true sense of the word, since the level of anxiety and stress generated in our days, makes that you can only go towards disease since there is an immunosuppression.
This immunosuppression goes through an entire adaptive system, there were nerves that directly linked the central nervous system to the immune organs, there are these sites of reception to the neurotransmitters, there are also products that are called neuropeptides that are literally produced by the central nervous system and that will act, there are sites of reception to the neuropeptides that will act on the immune organs.
There is another phenomenon, every time there is stress, there is a hormone that is produced by the adrenal glands called cortisol. Cortisol is a hormone that allows the "fight or flight" adaptation. Cortisol has an "immunosuppressive" effect.
Cortisol turns into cortisone in the body, and cortisone, you've heard, is sometimes given to some people to achieve immunosuppression. And whenever we are under stress, whenever we have a particular tension, a particular anxiety, whenever our adrenal system is activated, then, at that moment, there is production of cortisol and there is immunosuppression that takes place.
If the stress is punctual, immunosuppression is not a problem, on the contrary, it frees up energy for action, for motor action, to get out of a bad situation and it is not a problem. On the other hand, if the stress is chronic, then the immunosuppression is chronic and, in fact, we are sensitive to all the parasitic constraints that may be around us, all the bacterial constraints that will find an open door.
Because we have an immune system which is essentially bacterial, which is 80% bacterial, and this immune system is supposed to protect us against foreign elements.
Our immunity is ensured by a pool of friendly bacteria that sit inside us and discriminate between what is good for us and what is bad for us. And to deny this influence of emotions, stress and anxiety on the immune system is to miss the whole point.
This stress, let's not fool ourselves, it can take many forms, there is the stress linked to interrelationships, sentences, convictions, the one that tells you: "Ok, you will never do that again!" "Never again will you be able to heal!" "Your child is autistic for life!" "It's a genetic disease and there's nothing you can do about it!" That, indeed, has a very strong immunosuppressive effect.
Stress can be electromagnetic: the fact of living in an environment, in an electromagnetic fog, permanently, of being bombarded with wifi waves, cell phones, it creates a stress on the organism which is important and which will carry out at the end of a moment, an immunosuppression.
Stress and negative emotions generate immunosuppression, and conversely, immunosuppression generates negative emotions. And this is something that is not seen enough.
How can we pretend to promote good health in environments that are full of anxiety, worry, disempowerment -- because that is a major anxiety phenomenon -- and loss of control over one's own health parameters?
There was a very simple study that was done, which Professor Cole related, in a hospital where he took patients, they just played music, and had empathic contact with these people: massages and so on. The percentage of recovery was just colossally increased.
Why? Because in most of the "care" structures, there is no care that is provided, they are not care structures, they are medicalization structures! And this is the problem!
How do you want to heal someone? Well, first of all, by giving him care! Why? Because care literally heals the immune system, repairs the immune function. That is the first priority! As long as we are permeable to all these external agents that can come and attack us, at that moment the problem always persists, it's a bit like a boat that is constantly taking on water! The boat takes on water, again and again, and no matter how much we scoop, it doesn't help much.
That's why we need to call for the emergence, really, of care structures. Not macrostructures, not state-run, hierarchical, organized systems with hundreds of beds, but microstructures.
The secret is just to influence our immune system by knowing the truth of the human body, the real truth of the metabolic functioning of the human body.
Our immune system is totally determined by our emotional state... And our emotional state is totally determined by our environment: our relational environment, our food environment, our electromagnetic environment, and the two generate each other, one generates the other.
The deleterious emotional state implies a deleterious immune state that will in any case, let a lot of toxic products pass into the body, that will allow bacterial and pathogenic proliferations, that will release what we call xenotoxins that are toxic for the nervous system that will be impacted, so we will have emotions that are not positive. These negative emotions will be deleterious for the body's immune system, and so on.
As I said, it is urgent to get out of it. We should not expect macrostructures to get us out of this situation. We should not expect structures that are entangled in the conflict of interest to get us out of this situation and promote health.
It is up to us to take our responsibilities. It is up to us to go to the other person, to bring him this message and to say to him: "Ok! It is possible! It is possible because you are alive". And for me, there is only one thing to do, it is to enter in knowledge, to increase our knowledge, our capital of knowledge which promises us to have confidence, confidence in this body which has very simple needs, really!
The body needs sunshine, needs quietude, needs human contact, needs relationships, needs a rich, varied, lively diet, loaded with micronutrients! This is what our body needs!
And all our strength, the strength of all of us, is to carry loudly and clearly this message which says that finally regeneration is possible, and this message is active as soon as you read or hear it! Why is this? Because it definitely boosts the functioning of your immune system.
So, really, I wish you, not only to catch this message, to grasp it, to make it your own, to make it work in you, but above all, to come back to this study on hedonism and eudemonism, to definitely share it with others.
To support, to accompany, to encourage, to waste a little energy on all the people who are suffering in order to literally bring them care:
This is OUR responsibility!
Good regeneration!
