Normalmente, en el trabajo, la familia, la universidad, con los vecinos y los amigos, uno se esfuerza pro tener una buena reputación, y eso se debe, a una simple razón, el tener una buena reputación te abre puertas y muchas veces, esas puertas, tienen buenas oportunidades, tanto en la vida personal como en la vida comunitaria, por eso es muy importante dar lo mejor de sí, en cada actividad que uno realiza en su vida.
Pongamos un ejemplo: Cuando uno vive en una comunidad, y en esa comunidad, uno apoya a los vecinos, ayuda a las personas mayores, apoya con algunas situaciones a vecinos que tienen problemas, y además uno es responsable con el pago del condominio, y trata de evitar los enfrentamientos, entre vecinos con problemas, uno se va ganando una reputación, y eso implica, que uno podría, ir a una elección para la junta de condominio, para una elección de juez de paz, o una de concejal, y al hacerlo, obtener el apoyo de los vecinos y amigos.
Lo mismo pasa en el trabajo, cuando uno trabaja para una empresa, y mantiene un perfil estable y productivo, uno va creando una reputación laboral. Y con una buena reputación en el trabajo, es muy probable, que uno sea tomado en cuenta para una promoción, para el acceso a una beca de postgrado, o para los cursos de especialización en su área.
Ahora bien, lo más importante de obtener una buena reputación, es mantenerla. El proceso de crear una buena reputación, implica trabajo, disciplina, comunicación, empatía, y apoyo a otras personas. Y cuando uno logra tener una reputación aceptable y reconocida, debe trabajar, para sostenerla y mantenerla, en un buen lugar.
Eso se ve mucho en las redes sociales, a la medida, que un generador de contenido, va produciendo contenido de calidad, va apoyando a los miembros de una comunidad, hace comentarios y da apoyo a otros miembros de la red donde haga vida, su reputación y sus seguidores van creciendo.
Pero, si por alguna razón, ese generador de contenido, deja de producir contenido de calidad, y deja de apoyar, comentar, y hacer vida en la red. Todo el trabajo que venía realizando se cae, y lo más seguro, es que deba empezar de nuevo, para levantar su canal.
Por eso es importante entender, que para tener una buena reputación en cualquier ámbito de la vida, se debe trabajar, se debe tener constancia, se debe ser honesto, se debe apoyar a otros, y se debe ser una persona empática, amable y responsable.
Por eso, cuando una persona tiene buena reputación, es bien revivida en el ámbito donde se desenvuelve, ya que para lograr tener una buena reputación, se debe trabajar mucho, y se deben tener, algunas condiciones, por eso es importante esforzarse para lograr, tener una buena reputación en las diferentes actividades que hagamos en nuestra vida.
