Well Hello There Travelers And Adventure Seekers!
A Journey That Has Not Met It's End!
Well jumping off from where we left I'd say the day was thus far going amazing and more than perfect actually! At this point of the day we've done way more than we ever thought we would!
I have to add that the day turned from partly cloudy and windy to fully cloudy and partly windy!
After our lunch break at the point we found a path that set us off on a totally different course! But for those we gladly set sail!
A New Spot On The Block!
Now after the plan the second plan was to find a nice coffee shop! Well we wanted to do that daily! You know drink coffee at a new place?
Why not?
Now as much as I liked this shop I wouldn't say that I'd enjoy a sit down coffee or a meal at this place even... No hate it's just I feel they are understaffed and not quite ready for what they can become!
Oh but the potential is there!
But that is besides the point! I want to share some of the cool stuff I saw in the coffee shop!
By Far The Coolest!
I'm not sure if I like all those meat grinders more or the hella big Opel sign against the wall more!
Well I do know I like anything automotive related! I can't help but wonder where on earth they got all these classic antiques of the car world?
Sure as hell can't be an inside contact!
The cool part about it is that it's not just car related! The main theme is without a doubt everything gearhead but they have these weird oddities everywhere that I didn't really bother to get photos off!
Like These!
I did get a couple of photos of the weird oddities! Like these things of which I have no idea what exactly it is! I am assuming something coffee or beer related but which I can not say!
I have a hunch it might be some bean to cup machine from the olden golden days!
Does anyone out there have some sort of idea as to what it might be?
The Canoo Of Memories!
Now this thing really got my attention!
The moment I saw it it reminded me off when me and my dad used to go fishing way way way way back in the day! (I can fit a more way's in there)!
Now those were the good days! I wonder if my old man still has his fishing equipment and most of all the canoo!
Damned Cool!!!
Now don't start asking me questions as to what truck this is because I don't have any clue at all!
The only thing I know for a fact is that I would surely rock the shit out of this truck! Imagine rolling down to work in one of these!
You'd have eyes on you the entire way to work!
It's stance is probably the coolest thing about it! Won't you just agree with me?
Bikes And All Things Bike!
Now in truth I did say I wont be having a sit down meal there because well honestly I'd hardly be seated with all these motorcycles they have!
Granted I doubt any of them can actually still drive today but having a feel for the seat is something that must be tested!
I didn't know, I would have if I was a familiar face at the shop but otherwise nah!
It's truely nice to watch though! And maybe crave a drive around on one of them!
Back To The Beach!
Okay so we didn't exactly go back to the beach after our takeaway coffee!
We wandered around in the streets looking at all the older and more beautiful buildings! It's a shame that we've lost our taste in architecture over the years! I mean us as in the entire human race!
Well I thought the boulders might make a nice break in the post and I wanted to add them in the previous post I made but somehow they slipped away!
The Blue Roofs!
Okay so most of these are older buildings but I don't want to say they are anything close to being antiques! Nah not that old!
The first one is more of a beacon... You can spot the roofs of these houses almost at any place in Mosselbay... aslong as it's higher ground ofcourse!
There for they have become some sort of landmark! Me and the Betty had a coffee at the one shop overlooking the harbour one day and we noticed that Mosselbay has around four churches with high bell towers! Which I find pretty damn amazing! That's only the ones we could see though but being able to witness that felt amazing!
I wont be saying much about all of the houses but don't miss out on the video at the end of the post!
The Tree Of Luck!
Well I wont say it brought me any luck but taking a look at the general environment around it I can't see how they have not cut it down yet!
I am not saying it should be cut down but it is sort of in the way and it's right next to a car dealership! But perhaps these people have a deeper love for nature than most!
Hence the tree of luck!
