Hello everyone! I've been missing in action and what a better way to come back than with a post on this lovely community!
There are many ways to celebrate carnival. As a part of a beautiful tradition, in our country, Venezuela, we use to wear costumes to walk around parks and squares, play with confetti, water balloons, water guns and it's overall a fun holiday to enjoy with family and friends. Depending on the region there are several traditions and it's a really fun activity to try and get to know them all.
So, in order to honor this tradition, my father in law gave my daughter her first costume, she was 6 months old and when we got her dressed up, i nearly died of love!!

This photo was taken in February 2019. I loved how she looked in her little busy bee suit, little did I know we'd be seeing much more of it in the time come (even more so now that I have a second girl to put her in it!). As you can see in the picture, she was 6 months, the tights were a bit big for her but, the overall costume was fine cause she was a lovely chubby baby girl.

In 2020, being a little bigger, she insisted on wearing the same bee costume, I offered her a bunch of options but there was no case, she wanted to be a bee again, and, to be fair, I didn't try much to convince her otherwise, thinking that, buying another costume would leave the bee one forgotten. I wasn't pregnant then and had no plan to be, so I remember thinking that it'd be a shame not to give it a last chance, plus she looks amazing on it!

Then, in 2021, pandemic still going on, a bit less strict and with a few more liberties about people being on the streets we decided to go out as a family with our newborn baby for her first carnival, we didn't get her a costume cause she was so tiny (in age, cause she was born big), and my oldest didn't want to dress up that much, so we went out in"regular" clothes. That was the first time we did kind of a tour on foot, cause sadly some people can't make the difference between playing with kids and playing with adults, so things tend to get a bit rough, nonetheless, we went out to see what was on. But, even though she didn't use the bee costume then,, a few weeks later, we were invited to the open-office of her daddy, and she, clearly stated that wanted to wear her costume, and we let her, and she looked adorable as ever and everyone talked about how beautiful and sweet she was!.

All of this brings us to 2022, a year that has had a rocky start and doesn't seem to get better any time soon, but even so, there are good moments, really good ones, and this carnival holiday was spectacular for me and my family. Mya once more wore her bee costume, but this time, for a school party, surrounded by her friends they enjoyed a day full of music and treats to share. Also, this year was the first time she let me paint her face and i was overwhelmed with happiness for that milestone. Seeing her smiling like that makes everything worth it.

A couple of days ago, i sat down with my girl and spoke to her about passing on her bee costume to her little sister, we thanked it for all the good memories and after that she gave it to Maggie saying "here little sister, hope you enjoy it". I liked this practice a lot, i read about it and will try to post about it some more, after i test it with the toys, saying goodbye to those that don't work or she doesn't play with anymore to kind of closing cycles.

Having children is the most amazing experience we get to live, i'm thankful i'm getting to know this amazing little girl, seeing how smart, confident, creative, imaginative, genuine she is, the innocence she shows in her ways, just everything. I know she'll be a great role model for her little sister and i don't get tired of saying how proud i am to be her mommy.

Saludos amiga. Dios bendiga a tu familia 🙏

A Ashhh claro claro!

The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont.
