Hello Fungi lovers, I haven't shared here in a long time, on this occasion I want to share my experience enjoying Pentol Mushrooms cooked with fried Indomie, at first I was confused about what category this article fits into, foodie or fungi, and I decided to share it here.
I bought it for 20,000 Rupiahs per kilo, some call it Pentol mushroom, some call it straw mushroom, after a little research, I found the scientific name; Volvariella volvacea.
The next step I did was to clean it using warm water and remove the parts that were not needed;
Cleaning Process
This cleaning process doesn't take long, after washing it for the first time, I threw away some unused parts and cut them into small pieces.
Cooking Proces
The next part is the cooking process, here I add some spices from Indomie, tomatoes, onions, and also a small chili to add a spicy taste to this Mushroom Noodle.
The next step I did was to put the cleaned mushrooms into the cooking pot. I have previously soaked Indomie for use, without waiting long then I added the ingredients needed one by one so that I could enjoy it immediately :D
This is the result, wet-fried Indomie with Pentol Mushroom flavor.
Proof Of Work
See you in the next post, hopefully, I can get more Fungi and Ideas to share again in this Community, many things have changed, our job is to keep going and Hive On.
