Finally, on the 7th of February, I reached the age that the millennial generation might fear would turn 30 years old. People say that it is a very scary stage because you are getting older. This happened to me and made me a little confused just before my birthday came.
It feels a little pounding and mixed with fear that at the age of 30, I haven't achieved anything. Maybe everyone feels the same thing, anxiety because we haven't achieved the goals we have previously set, especially when we see the achievements of other people who are the same age as us.
However, I believe that 'we have the right time' and I think everyone will have the same highs and lows, just depending on expectations. I thought, a year ago I was crazy about working, making money, getting a career and that could have made me happy. But in reality, being 30 years old has had a really good impact on me.

I don't know what has happened recently, but people often think that success is achieving the highest things, goals that are difficult for other people to achieve, wealth, a career as a leader and many other things. But for me, it's not at all something that makes me absolutely happy. Let me know if I'm wrong, but in the past year I haven't wanted to achieve any goals except 'want to be happy'.
At the age of 30, I realized that every day being an adult seemed so fun. I understand why parents in their old age prefer to live more slowly, tell lots of stories and do whatever they like, are not too ambitious and that happened to me this past year. Everything will be okay when I no longer have too high expectations of myself.
For example, I feel happier when I have enough money to buy quality food raw materials, because I know that it is also a very valuable investment. A small number of people manage to save and cut their living costs, for example they don't buy quality food and that may not be enough to fulfill their daily protein intake. I think that's something that every human being chooses. Get money to live a decent life or get money to build a luxurious house or car.

For me, getting warmth under a thick blanket compared to heating the room at home has the same function. But I think we have to choose one of them to avoid waste. It's the same as philosophy where we can seek happiness depending on the decisions we want to carry out.
My birthday this time really touched me because it seems like I have to let my expectations be as low as possible so that I can be happier with what I have achieved and can be more grateful because I have been given a decent life, even though I am not in a luxurious life and have a lot of money.

At least I can understand that life is not always easy, especially when you become an adult. Many people feel guilty when they fail to live up to their own standards. In fact, there is nothing more dangerous for a person who has found himself.
