IF YOUR DREEM DO NOT SCARE YOU, THEY ARE NOT BIG ENOUGH

The dimension of your dreams must at all times surpass your current capability to accomplish them plus this would require limitless efforts and execution of strategies, ambitions, and willpower.
When it says “scare you”, it is practically saying those expectations that you have foreknown for instance the ideas of becoming a medical doctor, the idea to become a certified pilot, the plans to become a top ten billionaires, and so forth.
Those fantasies which are in reality your dreams birthed these fears, doubt, and discouragement in relating to achieving those dreams and this is enough to scare anyone. It can only take courage, commitment, and consistency to pull through! A mere dream without materialization is indeed a complete waste of time!
The very day that I came across this phrase, it was used verbatim in a short clip on a Web2 platform. I paused for a second and then played it again and again it was at that moment I resonated with it, I wallowed into a deep reflection about myself and suddenly that fear gripped me.
I was freaking numb, depressed and petrified! Those destructive judgments crept in and voiced out inaudibly “you are a loser”, “you won’t go further”, “do you think you can do this”, “I don’t think you would be recognized” and at that moment I was drafting a post the next action that followed was me shutting my personal computer and lay down.
I have been fighting these demons for years, they seemed to know how to weigh me down constantly, and anytime I hoisted decisively or maybe I am giving in to its venom.
I don’t know but one thing is assured for me, I progress, and I discover myself more and at my pace but slowly and steadily I tackled them by positively confirming abundant things in my life and shutting them up for good.
The way I yell at those demons is more like roaring like a lion! They have consumed an enormous part of me, left me in the dark, and tossed away my time which is the most precious thing to me, so I think they have tried and it is my turn.
No matter what it is that you want in life, it’s achievable with the right amount of focus, effort, and action. It’s not just about having big dreems that scare you so much, you need to do something tangible to turn those dreems into a reality.
Every individual needs to plot out and execute plans to bring them to fulfillment just so you know lagging is a crawling infectious disease don’t let it spread.
DESCRIBING THE DREEM SPACE THAT I CREATED THIS YEAR
There are certain limitations that we place on ourselves because of the type of personality and standards of living we have established for ourselves. I believe everything good comes with a price and we also have to sacrifice some of our personal decisions regarding how we choose to live for the greater good.
I have always been an introvert publicly and those who know me privately know that I am an extrovert but blending these two physical characteristics just because of social awareness and publicity has been a tough ride for me.
Now, I was required to even though I am slightly shy a few times.
During the second quarter of the last year 2022, I joined a real estate company “Oneland Limited” in the vibrant world of real estate as an agent and consultant in properties.
From day one, I have explored property inspections, enrolled in seminars/webinars, and learned the art of attention to detail and the crucial elements that make a house a home. Every inspection is a lesson and I am here for the journey of turning these dreems space into more thrilling stories, with each inspection I gained a profound understanding of the various features that outlines the real estate world.
And every step that I take in this world of real estate, I learn and sharpen my skills to be more sociable because it requires that most definitely, and at the same time, I discovered the importance of thorough valuations. The essence of this is creating spaces that align with the needs of my prospects, individuals, and family.
Another aspect that helped me hone the skills of being social publicly was having a team, being a part of a team that has the same goals, values expertise, and passion has accelerated my learning curves. I was provided with a cooperative environment where visions are shared and collective efforts are paramount. I am never again underestimating the power of a team!
TOOLS THAT ARE NEEDED TO EXPAND THIS AREA OF SPECIFICATION
I think I have done a part in developing myself in this dynamic world of real estate and it is crucial that I keep the learning curve working but another dimension to brace this up is building marketing strategies.
The basic tool for this is the monetary aspect! Yes, this is the main resource that is inevitable in every business plus there is no business that has ever thrived without money. If you think there is then counter my statement because I would be so interested in knowing that, even in the world of content creation requires that in the aspect of data and some other vital needs, remember the world is evolving in technology.
In my specification, money isn’t exempted truth be told it is a necessity. In the world of business, validation would make one stand out from the rest because people would rather trust and work with you than work with minors. To get to this stage, I need to acquire certain documents that show that I am an entity that is to be trusted.
I have worked on my Google business account and it is verified with the blue tick, I have my services uploaded to my account and if you go to your search page on your browser and type in “Cesca Jove” you will see me pop up in a blink. I had to pay for this service which involves money!
Sometime during this year, I pursued a mission to get a foreign currency card that we call the “dollar card” intending to run advertisements on my social media accounts. I spent $25 to achieve this and I was able to run a few ads before I ran low on cash.
Meanwhile, it was important because one can’t use the regular debit card for purchases online and it is not acceptable based on the recent updates by Nigeria Policy.
I have another document that I am aiming to acquire too and that requires about $40, it is called Corporate Affairs Commission. The reason I want to get this document is that CAC makes my business a separate legal entity and that I am recognized by law which makes me legal and authorized to carry out official business. With this document, I can register freely on any real estate website too. My major plan is to create awareness and validation for my brand “Cesca Realty” until I flourish. The rest of my motives are in space!
