A leader in his generation

Hello hivers its an opportunity to be posting in this community for a long time now😊.. And am here with another interesting disscussion that will benefit the writer and even those reading it. Actually i will be talking about leadership and how it concerns the society and the world at large... First, we need to know whom a leader is... Leaders are not just people who carry people along or to always be busy ;a leader is also to be a deligent worker. A leader is seen as someone who inspires the passion of others and motivate them either negatively or positively... A leader can also be some with a vision who ensures his /her team has very expectes support and tools to make sure they achieve a goal together.we even have some leadership examples from the bible, some men like:Aaron, solomon(the wealthiest and bravest king), Moses, even the master jesus(which is the highest example of leaders whose leadership was characterized by humility).. A true leader does more than manage others in the sense that, they enable the group members to reach their highest potentials.
Their are some qualities a good leader should posses in him which will help his/her team to e expected best, some of these qualities include ;integrity, accountablity, empathy, humility, vision, influence, positivity, an insight of a great team..any leader who doesn't posses all of these qualities we will prepared to have a lossing team...
Another major thing a leader should do is to make everyone on in his team look superior, making anyone feel inferior makes his potentials low and he will equally have the mind of inferiority complex....
Some people ask this question who can be a leader???
Ans--- anyone can be a leader depends on your potentials, and mostly with support from team mates, motivations and right principles, anyone can grow into a great leader, these can help you grow on your leadership skills . .
