Before I became a boy, I was once a child who lived carelessly.
One of the things I treasure more than life is a Food packed by my mother. I could eat it a thousand time without getting tired.
I always loved it when she pack up varieties of food into my lunch box and waved at me while I go to school in my dad's car. It was always a feeling I never wanted to leave.
As good as those times were, I always wanted to hide out my silly attitude.
It is funny that I was 10 when I first had a crush.
I never knew that was what to call it, I only knew I could share my food with her and that is rare. I really don't joke around with a food packed by my mother.
Just so you know, she was black and shinning, more like a black diamond with a high value.
We would eat my precious meal together, gist during prep time and sometimes I do get a hug when leaving school for the day.
Are you still wondering how I made my first sale as a 10 year old young student ?
Okay, let me tell you...
I was sitting at the corner of the class with my book held up high, I wasn't reading anything, I was just staring to avoid a direct eye contact with my crush.
We did have a fight, I never wanted it but Paradise is likely to experience troubles sometime.
After a few frustrating lonely moments, I picked up my lauch and went to one of my friends who loves to eat home cooked meal, I said...
"Hi, friend, how would you like to eat 2 slice of bread with egg sprinkled all around it and a cup of fruit juice?"
I had my friend salivating while he stares at me.
I proceeded with another statement.
If you will pay me x amount, I'll give you a full cup of fruit juice instead of half.
All I knew was that he paid me in full and ate my food.
I collected the money, went home hungry that day and came to school the next day with 2 chocolate bars which I presented to my crush.
After a minute of staring without uttering a word, she laughed and gave me a hug.
What I did for love. Though funny but I did make my first sale when I was 10 and also won the heart of a lady.
If you have a story, do well to share. Thanks for reading through 🥰🥰
