Debo confesar que casi no veo series porque generalmente me atrapan y me encadeno🔗 hasta que la termino; y si tiene más de una temporada, pues imagínense, casi que dejó de hacer otras cosas por verla hasta el final, por eso ahora "intento" ver sólo miniseries, así no sufro cuando hago maratón de tv shows.

¿Qué me motivo a ver la serie? Jaime Dornan por supuesto, y no sólo por haberlo visto como Christian Grey en la muy conocida 50 Sombras de Grey, sino también en la serie The Fall y otras películas; además actuar en la última película de Kenneth Branagh Belfast nominada a mejor película en los Oscar 2022.

Un primer episodio que me atrapó, porque a medida que transcurría iba tomando una dirección completamente diferente, no podía adivinar ese siguiente paso.
Yo estaba en plan "ajá por aquí va la trama", cuando salía todo a la luz y tomaba una nueva dirección; así hasta el último episodio. No hay descanso, cuando ya crees que todo está resuelto.
A man stops at a gas station in the middle of nowhere on a road in the Australian outback and immediately after leaving a truck starts chasing him, a chase from which he manages to escape only momentarily because he is then rammed by the same truck and then wakes up in the hospital unable to remember his name, why he is there, he even does not remember the accident.
This is when the officer in training Helen Chambers, played by Danielle Macdonald, enters the scene. Su personaje también tiene una transformación que va escalando pues inició mucho antes de la llegada del hombre, pero que la pone de frente a eso que tal vez no quiere ver.
Otro personaje clave en la trama es Luci interpretada por la actriz australiana Shalom Brune-Franklin, no conozco su trabajo previo pero aqui se luce ya que es una caja de sorpresas de principio a fin.
Y como en todo drama, thriller y serie de suspenso no deben faltar los malos, el interpretado por el actor estadounidense Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, Billy, tiene ganada su reputación, basta ver su imponente "personalidad".
