How not to get lost?
There are people who, visiting the thickest, largest forest, will never get lost there, and there are people who, no matter how much they go into the forest, will definitely get lost.
I remember how in childhood I went into the forest with my father, in those days there were no navigators, and we went deep into the forest for many kilometers, but we always returned to the point we needed, I do not remember that we ever got lost there.
My father had a natural sense of positioning on the terrain.
I can’t say this about myself, but since I was on the national orienteering team, we will assume that I have acquired a skill in this area lol.
But if it is difficult for me to get lost in a real forest, then in the forest of information about gardening and vegetable gardening I sometimes risk getting lost.
A compass, a map of the area, and knowledge of signs that indicate the direction of the cardinal directions will not help here.
Very often, when I study some issue of agricultural farming, reading some recommendations of experienced farmers, it seems to me that here it is, the right way!
But then, I read the recommendations of other farmers and they completely contradict the first recommendations, and here comes the moment when I feel like a puppy who got lost lol.
How not to get lost in the information forest?
A difficult question, apparently, only through your own trials and errors.
