Bitcoin will not replace the dollar, it will replace the financial system! I know this statement is very bold but it is really what I think and I could be totally wrong. I have always thought that but I see it more and more clearly.

The fiduciary system is clearly sick and evidently it is based on power. The problem is that this power is increasingly weaker. Although technology theoretically allows for population control, over time it will be seen that this is not the case. If humans are good at anything it is at adapting and we will find ways not only to evade this control but even to overcome it.
When power is weak bad things usually happen and will happen but that would be material for another type of article. But financially what it brings is a need to trust in assets that are not damaged and of course are not within the reach of a weak power.
Both Bitcoin and Gold meet these standards but Bitcoin is much more flexible. So Gold will continue to be an excellent form of store of value but Bitcoin will be much more.
