Dear Hive dairy,
thanks for being always patient with me when I'm immersed into the world's events with my little adventures and forget about you.
Same for taking photos, good photos, and notes.
I started my journey to Lake Constance to continue the Hangab course last week, and we, Lluna and I, had an amazing last weekend. Beside some lovely stops at friend's places, to visit and spend time together, we were connecting more with the techniques of Hangab, a therapy and medicine, that it is for many people. We got a closer connection with other students, which I know since the last course in August. And the food! I enjoyed the food a lot. A wonderful lady, called Julia, served us delicious art on plates. It was not only healthy, it were masterpieces of food creation.
Three meals a day were unusual to me. But didn't miss one. The view from our diner room were beautiful and unique. Stunning sunsets brought chill, pitch black nights of starry visions. Several tiny, a couple bigger ones and one huge space stuff hit Earth's atmosphere and turned into impressive shooting stars.
Energising movements were daily morning activity before brekky. Instructed by Alex. He's tough and very athletic, and at the same time humble and nice. A good teacher and lovely friend, I'd say. I enjoyed watching and learning from him. He gave us very good insights in Kalari and NeiGong. I skipped a few morning activities, as I was too tired from jam sessions in the evening.
Anyway, after some hard workout, Master Alex is able to bring you back in a relaxed state and give you pleasant treatments with Thai-massage.
The artsy chef was a remarkable elfish musician who plays the harp. I couldn't resist asking if I can try playing. The sound of a harp is simply mystic and hypnotising to me. We played together at day's dusk, harmonised sonority of harp and guitar while one of the students, Priska, received a Thai-massage from Alex. I loved it, and was back in the 15th century, me, a bard between elves. Lluna joint us and sang sweet melodies.
Sunday afternoon was the closing session of Hangab and we, Lluna and I, did a spontaneous decision and followed the invitation of the interesting and beautiful Priska and Raphael, together with Alex, and visit them in southern Zürich.
They welcomed us warmhearted in their home. Raphael showed us his studio, gave us an aromatic introduction in perfumery, and filled our bellies with his self-made basil pesto.

And his studio, lovely named Muladhara, is a wonderful place of training and therapy, healing bodywork. Both of them, Priska and Raphael, are great body workers. I can tell because I was blessed to feel it on my own body during the Hangab course. In addition to it, you will feel it once you meet them.
And finally, some great art.

The two presented this in their beautiful home.
I love that painting and think they have a good taste in art.
I'm looking forward to continuing the Hangab course, to finish it actually, and meet these beautiful people again in October.
That course is a gift to me. It is a tool to give people that kind of treatment, a therapy for mind and body, where they can let go of traumas, their past, or any other things that bother them at the moment. The potential to bring one into total relaxation and open doors to heal what ever you want to heal. No matter whether it is physical or mental.
Thank you.
