Sleeping is a natural state of rest where you are unconscious and don't know about everything in your surroundings. It is a way where your eyes are close.
Sleeping plays a vital role for us to have a good health. It is one or a part of many things that we need in order to have a good health.
Sleeping will help our body relax from a tiring work, chores or activities of the day.
There are people who can sleep easily and can sleep well but there are also some who have a hard time in sleeping. Some are suffering from insomnia where they have problem on sleeping and they were not able to sleep for long hours. They wanted to sleep but their eyes and body won't coordinate.
For today's blog I also want to share some tips for a better sleep.
Sleep regularly
Sleep at a regular time. By doing so your body will have a regular schedule when to go to sleep and will help you sleep easier and better.
Don't go to sleep full
It is not advisable to go to sleep full, but instead go to sleep atleast one to two hours after dinner. Allow the food to be digested first so when you go to sleep your digestive system are done in its work and can sleep also.
Limit daytime naps
When we have a several time of nap in a day we cannot feel sleepy easily at night. I also noticed that in my son Sam-sam. When he had a very long hours of sleep in the afternoon, he can sleep late at night. Even it is time for him to sleep but his eyes is still wide awake because he sleeps until four in the afternoon.
Make your bedroom comfortable
One of the factors that we can have a better sleep is having a comfortable bedroom. A cool or warm and safe place to sleep is necessary. Have you noticed that when you go to a friend or to a relative and you will sleep over probably you cannot sleep well. Sometimes you are not comfortable because you are looking for the comfort of your own bedroom.

I know people who wear nothing to bed and those who cover right up with a nightie or pyjamas. How about you? What's your preference to wear to bed and why? Extra bonus points for showing us the pictures.
Have a comfortable sleepwear
Having a comfortable sleepwear is also a factor to have a better sleep. I know everyone has a different preferences when it comes to sleepwear but for me, I do really love wearing pajamas because in this I felt comfortable.
We are in the province and our place is so cold at night and we don't need electric fan or aircon. The cool wind blows naturally in the evening and will become more cooler in the beginning of ber months as well as the wet season in the Philippines. When it rains, you have to prepare jacket and pajamas plus socks so you can have a better sleep.
Pajamas is really a need for me to wear at night and having it will make me comfortable and will have a better sleep. So, as long as we are here, pajamas will always be my preference to wear for bed.

When the pandemic hits, the terno pajamas become so common in our place. I bought one pair for myself first and I really like it. So, in the previous new year, I also bought for my son, my husband as well as for our family and I gave it to them as a gift. We also have a picture taking for it as a remembrance that all of us wear a terno pajamas.
