Well Hello There Hivers!
Another Weekend Done And Another Weekend Enjoyed To The Fullest!
A Good Start! A Really Good Start!
Things can't be better when the weekend kicks of a little earlier than anticipated right? Well I did see the hints of it coming miles away. When Bossman jokes around about leaving early well then you're bound to leave early, not always though but more than often that is the case!
It was the case!
Kicking the weekend of with a big head start really made it feel like I had so much more weekend in my weekend. To think that a mere two or three hours cut from your work day can have that big of an effect is actually a little confusing but none the less it did and I used that to my advantage to get most of the tedious stuff that needed doing over the weekend out of the way!
Unplanned Adventures Are The Best Adventures!
I've learned a lot of things over the years A LOT and it's hard to pin point exactly what lessons were the most valuable and still is the most valuable but thinking about it while writing this up I have to say "Cherish those unplanned moments!"
It's often hard to do that, people love planning and most people can absolutely not deal with anything that happens to fall in the way of their plans! I know I don't, I don't!
Now the way I planned out my Friday night was to chill, maybe play games, read some books or watch a movie with The Betty. I had my whole world turned upside down, or at-least a little, perhaps a lot!
There I was on my way home and thinking that I would get everything done and while I was busy with that everything (I still got everything done so mind you!) The Betty informed me that one of her friends is back in town and he is due to leave again so they thought going out for a beer might just do the trick. I rarely say no for a beer but for a night filled with loud chatting, sheesh woman I'm getting old! None the less I was game, for a chill and beer sesh not like what we use to do back in the day when we didn't even know we had knees right!
A Tastefull Evening With Good Company!!
Turns out this Staffy place we were all supposed to meet up at was just around the corner from me, that I like! It's so close to me yet I've never set foot there! But who can blame me? I did cut out of the drinking phase a few years back (Except for beer of-course... I had a joke but I think it might hit a raw nerve for most people so I would rather not!)
Jokes aside the evening was beyond fun and I think I might have found my crowd of people, people who actually have motivation in life, people who strive for better and not just now but constantly! That is what I need, not friends who drag you down! Needless to say there was a few interesting topics that popped up that night and most of them I would love to re-visit and some not.
So glad they had some Hoegaarden!
The Out Of The Ordinary, Ordinary.
Okay this might sound confusing, let me try to explain.
No, we are not drinking some sumbukha from a local tribe that brewed this in the ground ten years ago! Damn it looks like that I know!
This is Lemonade! To be more specific Brazilian Lemonade!
Now for someone that grew up always knowing about Lemonade I never actually thought it to be as good as this. I always thought it to be some soda drink or just lemons squeezed out into a jar with a little bit of sugar!
I suppose I have a out of the ordinary Betty! Always trying to make something delicious and that I do admire! I love finding out and making these delicious oddities with you! I really do it makes me feel like there is more to life than just sitting on the couch watching Netflix like most people do! Laughs! Thanks @misshugo for being such an energetic and fun partner! I could not have asked for better!

Okay but seriously that opened up a whole new world for me, the taste... well it was something that I have never ever experienced before!

The Snack That Always Hits The Spot!
Hmmmm, Pizza! Now I do love myself a pizza! Especially when it's homemade, then you can pour on anything your heart desires! Except for banana's! Who on God's green earth likes banana's on pizza! Sorry @misshugo but I don't think you'll have back up now! (PSSST everyone out there reading this! Please back me 😅 banana's are yucky on pizza am I right or am I right? Let me know in the comments below!)
Okay we're at Sunday night already now! Once again I was surprised by this! Me and The Betty went inside to go help with dinner and there it was, we were going to make some pizza's! Oh boy oh boy I like that! To sprinkle the cheese over and all those bits and pieces of bacon! The only downside was that we had no olives but I could live without that even though I didn't want to! Again it was all so unplanned I couldn't care less! The next pizza I make I'll but twice as much olives on it! Remember to remember me @misshugo!
We made four of them just so by the way, the other two were just still grilling in the oven, but that night we all feasted like kings and we rolled away from the table because none of us could stand on our own feet! Laughs!
And so all of the unplanned and fun adventures came to an end as Sunday night approached and the afternoon faded away onto the horizon!
Just like Shiroku I wanted to fall over and just let it all be. The week ahead seemed like it would be my end but hey here we are almost halfway through it right and I am still breathing!
