If life seems black and white, create your own version of colorful day.
Who here is the laziest to make breakfast? Okay, I'm the first to raise my hand in agreement. In fact, I often skip my breakfast. Usually, I only drink fruit juices that are a source of vitamin C or swallow nest drinks, fruits, or even just water. It's not good I know that because during the day I get tired easily and run out of energy. Also, my mood is unstable.
So I'm trying to start over making easy-to-make breakfasts to fight my laziness. Toasts or sandwiches, that's a great idea.
This time I will invite you to make sweet toasts only with tropical fruits.
Here I use the most abundant fruit in the area where I live. In this blog, I use papaya and dragon fruit.
You can use other fruits that you like, also the ones that are easiest for you to find.

Fav Toast
I have ready-to-eat toasts which are plant-based versions. I am quite amazed by the current market that easily provides plant-based products. But of course, the issue of prices that are still pricey can make consumers think again.
My ready-to-eat toasts look so crispy! Also has a Pandan Leaves flavor variant.
With this product, I save more time by skipping roast bread, which sometimes has a level of doneness that doesn't match my expectations.

Making Fruit Puree
After getting ready-to-eat toasts, it's time to prepare the fruit puree.
I just use a fork to make fruit puree. You can use a food processor if you have one, or you're really against the job of crushing food with a fork. Lol
I have had dragon fruit puree and papaya puree. So colorful! Pretty nice to make our eyes pleasant in the morning!
It's Time To Add Toasts
Time to arrange the fruit puree on top of the toasts. This is the most fun! I really like how the fruit puree colors seem to be a satisfying thing for my eyes. It's good for my mood at least :)
A Little Touch of Magic
Actually, I have a secret ingredient that can enhance the taste of sweet treats. Those are coconut flakes.
The sweet and savory coconut flakes make the toasts even more special. Also tasty.
Well, you can use roasted almonds or other roasted nuts as the final touch of toasts.
