- Pumpkin - 250 grams
- One cup of semolina (suji)
- One packet of Eno
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- One cup of water
- Salt to taste
For Tempering✅
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 5 green chilies
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
Method✅
- First, peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces so that it blends easily.
- Then, take a jar, add the pumpkin pieces, semolina, and water, and blend them.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it set for half an hour.
- After half an hour, add Eno , salt and baking soda to the mixture and mix well.
- Take a pan, grease it with a teaspoon of oil, and pour the batter. Let it cook for 5 minutes, then check the color and remove it when done. Then cut it into small pieces.
- For tempering, take a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and green chilies, and fry until golden brown. Then add the pieces and sauté for one minute.
