- Tel (Oil)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon

- Corn flour - 5 teaspoons
- Green Chili - 4-5
Method✅
I am making this for 4 people, but you can adjust the quantities as per your requirement.
- First, soak the chickpeas for about 4 hours. Then, add salt and cook them in a pressure cooker for one whistle. Make sure they don't become too soft.
- #Cornflour Coating✅
Once the chickpeas are cooked, take them out in a bowl and coat them with cornflour. Let them sit for about 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
3.# Chopping✅
Cut the onion into large pieces. Similarly, cut the capsicum into large pieces. Peel and crush the garlic.
Cooking✅
- Heat oil in a pan. Then, fry the coated chickpeas and set them aside.
In the same oil, add cumin seeds and black pepper and let them sizzle.
Add the chopped onions, capsicum, and green chilies and sauté for a few minutes.
