The Lord God created the entire universe and He is the God who rules the whole world. He is God in heaven and earth. He is omnipresent (He is present everywhere, everytime). He is God and there is no argument about that.
Some people refuse to recognize the presence of God. They choose to live their lives according to their own hearts. They ignore God and follow the part of sin. There is no other god besides Him. Every other god is the work of man's hand.
John 12:30-32 (KJV) Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes.
Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
Every manifestation of the work of God is for us to believe in Him. When the voice of God declared the presence of the Son, He did it for us to know and believe in Him. Only He is God, the devil is not the God of this world.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the God of this world. The Bible didn't refer to the devil as the god of this world, it referred to him as the god of this age.
