How can we spend more time closer to God? Prayer is the best way to get closer to God.
14 And he will say, Make straight, make straight, sweep the way, remove the stumbling blocks from the path of my people. 15 For thus says the High and Lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Isaiah 57:14-15
If we ask ourselves what is the most important discipline in the life of a believer, we can say that it is prayer since through it we can have a deep communication with God, this implies communion.
When we pray we are talking to Him, fully trusting that He will answer us. After praying and speaking to Him, we wait for His answer. We learn to be patient and wait for His answer. Through prayer we also worship Him.

Through prayer we recognize that God is high and lofty. When we pray without ceasing, we give glory and honor to God. It is necessary to have an attitude focused on God. Let us ask God to rule in our lives, in each of the smallest aspects.

1 Thessalonians 5:17
Today God tells us that "He dwells on high" and with the brokenhearted, that means that our prayer is too important to God, let us observe the condition of our heart in prayer.

¿Cómo podemos pasar mas tiempo mas cerca de Dios?, la oración es la mejor manera de acercarnos a Dios.
14 Y dirá: Allanad, allanad; barred el camino, quitad los tropiezos del camino de mi pueblo. 15 Porque así dijo el Alto y Sublime, el que habita la eternidad, y cuyo nombre es el Santo: Yo habito en la altura y la santidad, y con el quebrantado y humilde de espíritu, para hacer vivir el espíritu de los humildes, y para vivificar el corazón de los quebrantados.

Si nos preguntamos cual es la disciplina mas importante en la vida del creyente, podemos decir que es la oración ya que por medio de esta podemos tener una comunicación profunda con Dios, esto implica comunión.
Cuando oramos estamos hablando con él confiando plenamente que nos responderá, después de orar, de hablarle esperamos su respuesta, aprendemos a ser pacientes, a esperar su respuesta. A través de la oración también le rendimos adoración.

Por medio de la oración reconocemos que Dios es alto y sublime. Cuando oramos sin cesar, le damos la gloria y honra a Dios, es necesario tener una actitud enfocada en Dios. Pidamos a Dios que gobierne en nuestras vidas, en cada uno de los aspectos mas mínimos.
Orad sin cesar.

Hoy Dios nos dice que "Habita en las alturas" y con el quebrantado de corazón, eso significa que nuestra oración es demasiado importante para Dios, observemos la condición de nuestro corazón en la oración.
