The Holy Spirit of God is the intercessor before God when we do not know what or how to pray for.
26 And in the same way the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. 27 But he who searches our hearts knows what the Spirit's mind is, because he intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
Romans 8:26-27
Surely, like me, it has happened to you or you have heard that it has happened to others that when preparing to have a moment of prayer, you prepared yourself, knelt down and did not know what to say, your mind was just blank. Of course, we generally ask God to help us, we pray for ourselves and our family, but is that all?
4 Do not only look out for your own interests, but also try to be interested in others.
Philippians 2:4
We clearly have needs to present to God. We also understand that God takes care of everything, that absolutely nothing escapes Him, but remember that God asks us not only to take care of our interests, we must also be interested in others. Perhaps this type of prayer is not normal for us, but remember that God has provided the Holy Spirit to intercede for us in our requests and intercession for others. The Holy Spirit of God is our helper.

Romans 8:26
It is necessary that we recognize and express the authority and glory of God by asking and letting ourselves be guided by Him. We must place our trust in God, above all, entrusting Him with our future, knowing that He will turn any situation into Good, even that which is too difficult.
As we surrender to God's will and the guidance of the Holy Spirit we find peace and rest, and when we are inspired by the Holy Spirit our thoughts and words are renewed as we pray to God.

El espíritu Santo de Dios es el intercesor delante de Dios cuando no sabemos qué ni cómo pedir.
26 Y de igual manera el Espíritu nos ayuda en nuestra debilidad; pues qué hemos de pedir como conviene, no lo sabemos, pero el Espíritu mismo intercede por nosotros con gemidos indecibles. 27 Mas el que escudriña los corazones sabe cuál es la intención del Espíritu, porque conforme a la voluntad de Dios intercede por los santos.
Romanos 8:26-27
Seguramente que al igual que yo, le habrá sucedido o escuchó que a otros le ha sucedido que al prepararse para tener un momento de oración, se preparó, se arrodilló y no sabía que decir, solo tenía la mente en blanco. Claro que generalmente pedimos a Dios que nos ayude, oramos por nosotros y nuestra familia, pero ¿Es solo eso?.
4 No se ocupen solo de sus propios intereses, sino también procuren interesarse en los demás.
Filipenses 2:4
Claramente tenemos necesidades para presentar a Dios, Entendemos también que Dios se ocupa de todo, que absolutamente nada se le escapa, pero recuerda que Dios nos pide que no solo nos ocupemos de nuestros intereses, debemos interesarnos también por los demás, quizas este tipo de oración no sea lo normal en nosotros, pero recuerda que Dios ha provisto al Espíritu Santo para que interceda por nosotros en las peticiones e intercesión por los demás, el Espíritu Santo de Dios es nuestro ayudador.

Es necesario que reconozcamos y expresemos la autoridad y la gloria de Dios pidiendo y dejándonos guiar por él, debemos depositar en Dios nuestra confianza sobretodo confiándole nuestro futuro, sabiendo que cualquier situación la convertirá en Bien, aún aquello demasiado difícil.
Al rendirnos a la voluntad de Dios y la guía del Espíritu Santo hallamos paz y descanso y cuando somos inspirados por el Espíritu Santo se renuevan nuestros pensamientos y nuestras palabras al orar a Dios.
