Trials and temptations will come but God is faithful in what he promises and has promised that he will give us the power to resist all trial and temptation.
Jehovah of hosts has sworn, saying: It will surely be done as I have planned, and it will be confirmed as I have determined; 25 I will destroy the Assyrian in my land, and I will trample him on my mountains; and his yoke will be removed from them, and his burden will be lifted from his shoulder. 26 This is the counsel that is agreed upon over all the earth, and this is the hand stretched out over all nations. 27 For the Lord of hosts has determined it, and who can prevent it? And his hand stretched out from him, who can turn it back?
Isaiah 14:24-27
Exercise his supreme authority over all creation, this is his sovereignty acting on all creation, it still encompasses sin and its results. While we understand that God does not drive people to sin, but he gives the freedom for each person to make his own choice, each of us has free will and at every moment we decide which path to take. The Holy Spirit of God guides us in every step we take. God has absolutely control over all things and our actions are interwoven with his purposes so that we always have good as a result according to God's desire and will for us.
There are times when God does not come between us and the sin we are carrying out, an example is when the Israelites did not turn away from disobeying God, God simply let them walk in their own ways.
Therefore I handed them over to the hardness of his heart,
so that they would be involved in their own intrigues.
Psalms 81:12
God simply left them to continue but divine protection and this resulted in corrupt influences conquering the nation. Later all this led the people of Israel to repent, which was God's plan from the beginning. This also shows us that at some times God will immediately intervene to stop sin as well. Like when King Abimelech took Abraham's wife as his wife, in that situation the king had participated in a deception and was not aware of what he was about to commit, but God knew about this deception originally and intervened immediately. .
From there Abraham went to the land of the Negev, and camped between Kadesh and Shur, and lived as a stranger in Gerar. 2 And Abraham said of his wife Sarah, She is my sister. And Abimelech king of Gerar sent and took Sarah. 3 But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, you are dead because of the wife whom you have taken, who is married to a husband. 4 But Abimelech had not come to her, and said, Lord, will you also kill the innocent? 5 Did he not say to me: She is my sister; and she also said: Is she my brother? With simplicity of my heart and cleanliness of my hands I have done this. 6 And God said to him in a dream: I also know that with the integrity of your heart you have done this; and I also stopped you from sinning against me, and so I did not allow you to touch her.
Genesis 20:1-6
We cannot avoid temptation when it arises but it is our choice to sin or not to sin. God is sovereign and this means that if we are tempted it is because his will has allowed it and it will always be for our blessing and our edification, we also understand that we cannot be tempted more than we can bear.
No temptation has overtaken you that is not human; But God is faithful, who will not let you be tempted beyond what you are able, but he will also provide a way out with the temptation, so that you may be able to endure.
1 Corinthians 10:13
If today you are going through difficult trials because of your choice, remember that we have the opportunity at all times to repent and turn to God, he has already drawn up an original plan in which we only appear to be blessed and to have a glorious future together with him, do not get carried away by thoughts or ideas that distance you from God, always remember that God is attentive and knows all things, he only wants to bless you.

Vendrán pruebas y tentaciones pero Dios es fiel en lo que promete y ha prometido que nos dará el poder para resistir toda la prueba y tentación.
Jehová de los ejércitos juró diciendo: Ciertamente se hará de la manera que lo he pensado, y será confirmado como lo he determinado; 25 que quebrantaré al asirio en mi tierra, y en mis montes lo hollaré; y su yugo será apartado de ellos, y su carga será quitada de su hombro. 26 Este es el consejo que está acordado sobre toda la tierra, y esta, la mano extendida sobre todas las naciones. 27 Porque Jehová de los ejércitos lo ha determinado, ¿y quién lo impedirá? Y su mano extendida, ¿quién la hará retroceder?
Isaías 14:24-27
Ejerce su autoridad suprema sobre todo lo creado, esta es su soberanía actuando en todo lo creado, aún abarca el pecado y sus resultados. Si bien entendemos de qué Dios no impulsa a las personas para que pequen, pero da la libertad para que cada persona haga su propia elección, cada uno de nosotros tenemos libre albedrío y en cada momento decidimos qué camino tomar. El espíritu Santo de Dios nos guía en cada paso quedamos. Dios tiene absolutamente el control sobre todas las cosas y nuestras acciones están entretejidas con sus propósitos para que tengamos como resultado siempre el bien conforme al deseo y voluntad de Dios para con nosotros.
Hay veces que Dios no se interpone entre nosotros y el pecado que estamos llevando acabo, un ejemplo es cuando los israelitas no se apartaron de desobedecer a Dios, Dios simplemente los dejó que anduvieran en sus propios caminos.
Por eso los[a] entregué a la dureza de su corazón,
para que anduvieran en sus propias intrigas.
Salmos 81:12
Dios simplemente los dejó que continuarán sino protección divina y esto trajo como resultado que las influencias corruptas conquisten la nación. Más tarde todo esto llevó al pueblo de Israel al arrepentimiento que era el plan que Dios tenía desde el principio. Esto nos muestra también que en algunos momentos Dios intervendrá de forma inmediata para detener el pecado también. Como cuando el rey Abimelech tomó como para su esposa la esposa de Abraham, en ese situación el rey había participado de un engaño y no tenía la conciencia de qué estaba a un paso de picar, pero Dios conocía este engaño originalmente e intervino de forma inmediata.
De allí partió Abraham a la tierra del Neguev, y acampó entre Cades y Shur, y habitó como forastero en Gerar. 2 Y dijo Abraham de Sara su mujer: Es mi hermana. Y Abimelec rey de Gerar envió y tomó a Sara. 3 Pero Dios vino a Abimelec en sueños de noche, y le dijo: He aquí, muerto eres, a causa de la mujer que has tomado, la cual es casada con marido. 4 Mas Abimelec no se había llegado a ella, y dijo: Señor, ¿matarás también al inocente? 5 ¿No me dijo él: Mi hermana es; y ella también dijo: Es mi hermano? Con sencillez de mi corazón y con limpieza de mis manos he hecho esto. 6 Y le dijo Dios en sueños: Yo también sé que con integridad de tu corazón has hecho esto; y yo también te detuve de pecar contra mí, y así no te permití que la tocases.
Génesis 20:1-6
La tentación no la podemos evitar cuando surge pero si es nuestra elección pecar o no pecar. Dios es soberano y esto significa que si somos tentados es porque su voluntad lo ha permitido y siempre será para nuestra bendición y nuestra edificación, también entendemos que no podemos ser tentados más de lo que podemos soportar.
No os ha sobrevenido ninguna tentación que no sea humana; pero fiel es Dios, que no os dejará ser tentados más de lo que podéis resistir, sino que dará también juntamente con la tentación la salida, para que podáis soportar.
1 Corintios 10:13
Si hoy estás atravesando difíciles pruebas a causa de tu elección, recuerda que tenemos en todo tiempo oportunidad de arrepentirnos y volvernos a Dios, él ya tiene trazado un plan original en el cual nosotros solamente aparecemos para ser bendecidos y para tener un futuro glorioso juntamente con él, no te dejes llevar por los pensamientos o ideas que te alejan de Dios, recuerda siempre que Dios está atento y conoce todas las cosas solamente quiere bendecirte.
