God is not far from us but some people especially christians usually have this mindset that God is far from us especially when they are experiencing extreme hardship or difficulty, but God is not like that. We have a very merciful and caring God. He is the one who created us and he created us for a purpose here on earth and he has always promise us he will be there for us during our difficult times so why would he be far from us.
We as a committed christians should worship and glorify his name and we should also avoid being lef astray by the agents of devil by so doing we are on God’s side and when we call unto him him he will answer us( Psalm 91). We should have faith in God and we should never doubt his existence especially when we are in pain and difficulty. People who can feel we are far from God are those who have no faith. God exist and shows mercy to his people so always study the word of God, avoid the Devil’s temptation, glorify and serve no other god except the lord Almighty and he shall come to your aid and rescue you.
In excess, we can only feel we are far from God if we are doing things against his will.That is things he doesn't support
