Wednesday turned out into a really active day starting out with a morning 90-Minute Hot yoga class which I immediately followed up by joining a Tennis session with friends after quickly eating a smoothie with banana after my walk home from the yoga. We had a drink afterwards and I headed home for a family day. As the weather was nice, I did also go for a 2-hour walk with our dog. All of it was highly enjoyable and most importantly, I also managed to keep my eating fully clean. My siter made spaghetti for everyone in the evening but I opted to bring my zucchini version which I actually enjoyed equally good. I also played some fun video games with my oldest niece and watched a bit of tv with my mom. Around 23:00 I got back to my appartment and had a bit of productivity brefore getting to bed.

I will be doing extra exercises having set total goals on the month. They are press (bench press/ push up), Plank (Regular & side)|Squats|Pulls (Pull-ups or chin ups)|Crunch (knee-ups or sit-ups).
