Tuesday mostly was a rainy day and I skipped on going for a walk because of it. I was also not quite ready yet to join a hot yoga class but will return to those on Friday with the aim to have a 3 times a week routine on Monday, Friday, Saturday. This combined with going for a swim and a long dog walk on Tuesdays, playing Tennis on Wednesday and doing som weight exercises along the week. I limited my eating but still chose for some instant ramen which is cheap and delicious. I also started doing some reps in 100 Bench Presses which I do feel in my chest today.
40-Day Weight Exercises
I aim to do some exercises daily on top of the hot yoga classes and make them add up over time. I still devide them in press, squat, Pull, Crunch, and Plank to work the entire body. I also will count my daily steps and aim to do 8k+ on average.
