The saying that fits me best right now is that you can't outwork a bad diet which is fully the case right now. I'm back to my weekly hour of tennis, I ate some instant noodles after and both had some productivity and a nap. At 17:40 I went to a hot yoga class which I got back from around 20:15. However, I had a craving in the evening and went out to get fries and aslo some oreos. So good activity with tennis, yoga and on top of this close to 10k steps but bad eating which puts me a step behind again.

I aim to do 8000+ steps on average daily along with some daily reps and cardio in the form of hot yoga, tennis, and swimming while taking some supplements and track those daily.
