Tuesday overall was an ok day even though it ended quite frustrating with the football result that wasn't really in line what could have been putting me in somewhat of a losing streak. The main enjoyable aspect however was an extrended dog walk doing around 17k steps at once on it. I'm on track to do 100k steps in a week but at the same time I know it will be a challenge to get there. The combination of doing many steps however combined with eating limited and healthy is showing resulst already as I'm down to 71.9 kg.
I also took my supplements, drank enough water and did my 100 Push-Up Reps for the day.

New Day Goals: I for sure will join my weekly hour of tennis and the aim is to also join a hot yoga class while I'm unsure if I will do so since I want to get some productivity in and the combination with doing some more steps while keeping up the daily reps will be a real challenge. I aim to mostly just eat a smoothie on Wednesday keeping up the healthy streak losing some more weight staying in calory deficit mode.
