I'm still in a mode where I'm switching back to a fully healthy lifestyle and on Friday after some initial productivity, I went for a city walk as my mom asked me to get some spare keys made and I needed to stop by the pharmacist also. I ended up doing just shy of 15k steps on it at the end stopping by the supermarket to get some food for the weekend.
Food Diary I kept my eating cleaner but still very much confort with some Mackarel and in the evening I made a Home Made Buckwheat pizza with Tomato Sauce and Pecorino which was ok and most of all looked really good. I have some spare dough for more healthy pizza eating in the weekend. I also made a small omelet with some Mozarella and feel that I really need to start to lay off on the cheese as I have a hunche that is one of the things that is flaring some psoriasis again.
