Trabajar en mi y dedicarme a mi superación personal es la mejor inversión de tiempo que he realizado este año, sin duda he visto grandes cambios en mi y en mi forma de afrontar la vida, pero todo cambio para ser efectivo en el tiempo necesita supervisión, no desde el punto de vista de ataque sino desde el apoyo y la motivación para seguir adelante y mejorar, es por esto que me animé a realizar este nuevo curso de supervisión en acción que estuvo genial y hoy les comparto mi experiencia! 🤓

Working on my and dedicating myself to my personal improvement is the best investment of time I have made this year, without a doubt I have seen great changes in me and in my way of facing life, but any change to be effective in time needs supervision, not from the point of view of attack but from the support and motivation to move forward and improve, this is why I was encouraged to take this new course of supervision in action that was great and today I share with you my experience! 🤓
This new course was held in the academy of high impact, again by the hand of Professor Rodolfo Martinez, in 'El Cillero' which is an excellent establishment located in the CIPAB building on Andres Bello Avenue in the city of Cumana-Venezuela 🇻🇪. The course started at 9 am, we were a group of 9 participants, all with high expectations and eager to learn.
The course began with a great dynamic to raise awareness, then Professor Rodolfo began to give us very interesting information and techniques to learn to monitor ourselves, he emphasized how important it is from time to time to review ourselves internally, how important it is to give us that pat on the back to move forward. It is always good to celebrate our victories, big or small, as well as our mistakes, because we learn from both and they become experiences to support us and to face the future with a better attitude.🦸🏼♀️
We had a special break where we interacted with all participants, enjoyed a pleasant conversation and also a snack with dry pasta cookies, espresso and juice, at this time I met a participant who joined the academy and was telling about her life experiences. Then we continued with the class and it lasted until almost 1 o'clock at noon, sincerely it was an extensive, nourishing and wonderful content!
