An unexpected development occurred at work. While I was listening to a video on this subject through my headphones, my headphones broke. Oh my Allah, I don't understand how this suddenly happened. I forgot the headphones I was wearing, and when I suddenly turned my head to the other side, the headphones in the case suddenly broke off. I froze at that moment. The headphones split in two from the button part, I was left staring at the headphones in one hand and the cable in the other hand.
In this article, I will share with you my work on repairing headphones. I love repairing electronic parts and producing new things from these parts. This is a separate therapy for me. I'm happy if I can do it, but if I can't, it's very frustrating. Fortunately, I'm patient, so I don't have much trouble with it.
First of all, the things needed to repair it are as follows.
You should break a healthy headphone knowingly or unknowingly. Oh, don't break it on purpose, it's hard to do :) The best thing is to find a broken headphone.
The materials required for repair are soldering iron, solder wire, solder paste and you can use extra wire as needed.
These will be enough, but when I was making the headset, I realized how much easier a big eye with a lens would make things. Because it is very small and detailed, an eye with a lens is needed during soldering. It is difficult for people to see. Even though I had glasses on, I had a hard time seeing.
While soldering the headset, I had difficulty soldering the cables. The cables could not hold solder, so I took a thicker wire that could hold solder and soldered it first and wrapped the others around these wires. In this way, I tried the headset and the headset worked, but it did not reach the old sound level I wanted. I tried a few more times and I was unsuccessful in reaching the old volume level. So, I finally got bored and left the headset alone to try again later.
If I said it a few times, I tried for about 2 hours, it sometimes reaches the old volume level and sometimes it doesn't, which is annoying and my eyes got tired because it is small.
Sometimes, if there is something that does not exist, we should not insist at that moment. Letting go at that moment and trying later can lead to success and we do not waste our time for something that does not exist. We do not know that something that does not exist now may happen when we try it later.

İşyerinde hiç beklemediğim bir gelişme yaşandı kulaklık ile bı konu ile ilgili video dinlerken kulaklığım koptu. Eyvah eyvah bu bir anda nasıl oldu anlamadım. Kulağımda takılı olan kulaklığı unuttum aniden kafamı diğer tarafa çevirmemle de kasadaki kulaklık bir anda koptu o an donakaldım. Öncelikle tamir edebilmek için gerekli olan şeyler şunlardır.
Sağlam olan bir kulaklığı bilerek veya bilmeyerek bozmalısınız aman ha sakın bilerek bozmayın yapması zor oluyor :) en iyisi bozuk bir kulaklık bulmak.
Tamiri için gerekli olan malzemeler havya, lehim teli,lehim pastası ve ihtiyaca göre ekstra telde kullanabilirsiniz.
Bunlar yeterli olacaktır ancak mercekli bir büyük bir gözün işleri ne kadar kolaylaştıracağını kulaklığı yaparken anladım çünkü çok küçük ve detaylı lehimleme sırasında mercekli göze çok ihtiyaç oluyor görmekte insan zorlanıyor her ne kadar gözümde gözlük olsa da görmekte zorlandım.
Kulaklığı lehimleme sırasında kabloları lehimlemekte zorlandım kablolar bir türlü lehim tutmadı bende lehim tutabilecek daha kalın bir tel alarak ilk önce onu lehimledim ve diğerlerini bu tellere sardım bu şekilde kulaklığı denedim ve kulaklık çalıştı ancak istediğim eski ses seviyesine ulaşmadı. Birkaç defa daha denedim eski ses seviyesine ulaşmakta başarılı olamadım. Hal böyle olunca en sonunda sıkıldım ve daha sonra tekrar denemek için kulaklığı öylece bıraktım.
Birkaç defa dediysem yaklaşık 2 saat uğraştım eski ses seviyesine bir ulaşıyor bir ulaşmıyor bu da can sıkıcı oluyor küçük olması sebebiyle de gözlerim yoruldu.
