Estos รบltimos dรญas, mis รกnimos han estado muy bajos, cumplรญ un poco la mitad de semana del reto de la #vacarunner, ya automรกticamente quede descalificada, lo importante es que no me rendirรฉ, seguirรฉ intentando recuperar mi ritmo deportivo, estoy haciendo ejercicios de meditaciรณn, para bajar mis niveles de estrรฉs, por ello, el dรญa de hoy despuรฉs de un trote ligero y una caminata rรกpida, al llegar a mi casa iniciรฉ una rutina de sentadillas con movimiento, para activar mi cuerpo completamente, necesito sentirme al mรกximo como antes, que querรญa mรกs y mรกs entrenar, no tenรญa descanso, son tantos los factores, que nombrarlo no ayudarรกn en nada, lo que sรญ es, que tengo que dar un giro a mi vida diaria, ahora que iniciรฉ mi trabajo, ya se acabaron las vacaciones, la planificaciรณn siempre es efectiva, debo planificarme mejor, veremos cรณmo me va.

Mi cuerpo ya estaba en calor con el trote y la caminata rรกpida, asรญ que me dispuse hacer unos 8 ejercicios que me generaran movilidad, flexiรณn, cardio, por eso tome como base las sentadillas, que son ejercicios que te aportan al cuerpo movilidad de las articulaciones de las piernas, especรญficamente de las rodillas, ademรกs de fortalecer la musculatura de nuestro tren inferior. Quise incluir mรกs explosividad, dรกndole movimiento a las sentadillas, fue lo mejor que pude hacer, ya que en un solo entrenamiento, incrementรฉ, tambiรฉn, el fortalecimiento de gran parte de los mรบsculos del tren superior.

My body was already warmed up with jogging and fast walking, so I decided to do about 8 exercises that would generate mobility, flexion, cardio, so I took as a basis the squats, which are exercises that provide the body with mobility of the joints of the legs, specifically the knees, in addition to strengthening the muscles of our lower body. I wanted to include more explosiveness, giving movement to the squats, it was the best thing I could do, because in a single workout, I also increased the strengthening of much of the muscles of the upper body.
Como siempre los invito hacer sus rutinas a su ritmo, yo en lo particular lo hago pausado, por repeticiones y 3 rondas, en el vรญdeo te muestro el nรบmero de repeticiones; si siente la necesidad de incrementar la potencia, te recomiendo agregar mรกs repeticiones o rondas, tambiรฉn puedes enfocarte en hacer las sentadillas llegando lo mรกs bajo posible del talรณn, o utilizar peso, todo depende del nivel que quieres alcanzar, ademรกs puedes adaptar los ejercicios, si lo deseas, eres quien decides, yo solo les traigo opciones para entrenar.
