In everything, the bible says we should give thanks to God for this is will concerning us. Yes, that's actually the fact of the all issue about our lives. Giving thanks or appreciating God and people that has done us good in the past or event in the present goes a long way in establishing a very good relationship with them. Not only that, it brings more blessings to us. Like a popular saying in my local language that says, " if you thank and appreciate for the gift you receive yesterday, another one is coming today." That's is just the truth of the matter.
But one thing that can lead us to thanking God and appreciating people.for what they have done or what they would do is to count all the blessings we have received from them. Like a portion of the scripture says," count your blessing and name them on by one." Whenever you count your blessing and name them one by one, it's then you realized what God and even the people God has used for you have done for you. You and I should never be an ungrateful fellow. Whom when being blessed will look at the blessings as nothing.

Atimes, we looked at some blessings as small ones and as a result, we overlook such blessings. One thing that I strongly belief in is that, all blessings are equal and none is bigger than the other. We should always consider blessings with equality. Also, we atimes see what God or people have not done for us and forget all what they have done for us. This is as a result of we expecting one thing from God or People and another thing is being considered as your need and not your want by God. So not thanking God or appreciating God or man is a bad thing to behold. No blessings of God is small. Come to think of it, you are expecting God to give you car, but instead he gives peace of mind and sound health, but because he has not given you the latest car ,you are not happy and even in your mind you think he has not done anything and in the process, you refuse or forget to thank for what he has done. Hmm, that's a huge mistake and one thing we should know is that without the sound health the car is useless. So, all.blessings are equal.
So, according to the song counting my blessings by onos, we should always count our blessings as this will be a measure to the goodness of God and people towards us and by this reason, we will be able to measure and appreciate what he has done, he's done and what he would do, one thing is that, our God will ever be faithful to us no matter how. Though we are not faithful, but his faithfulness is non negotiable. So, counting our blessings matters alot.
