Hello everyone !
I changed a bit how I trained today, more in a callisthenics way.
The reason being I want to be able to perform some specific exercices planked push-ups and plank to handstand transition.
Biggest weakness so far are my shoulders so focus on it !
On the menu today:
- pseudo planche push-ups 6x6-10
- crow hold 6x30-45sec
- declined push-ups 5x25
- one arm shoulder press 6x12
- triceps extensions 6x12
