Hello everyone !

Here we go again, starting a new mini cycle with a chest / shoulders workout.

On the menu today:

  • regular push-ups 5x15-20
  • dips 5x12-15
  • inclined push-ups 5x15
  • crow pose hold 5x30-45sec
  • shoulders press 5x15
  • triceps extensions 5x12
