Our band Swing 42 were invited to take part as guests in a much bigger concert organised by @purplesinger and her rock and pop choir, Alive & Singing, at the weekend.
The camera was set up right at the back and top of the auditorium so we could see the whole choir performing, but I have cropped the video here to zoom in a bit on the band, so the picture isn't particularly sharp. But I think the sound comes through okay.
It's been a while since we performed in public, and the show was quite close to being sold out, so I, along with Barbara, @steevc, @anna-newkey and non-Hivers Bob S and Ray Moolay, found ourselves playing a few numbers in front of an auditorium packed with an appreciative audience.
We got to help commemorate someone who was very dear to our friends in the choir, while raising money for the Sue Ryder Foundation at the same time.
Not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
