AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I'm so excited, y'all!!!! A few days ago I posted about being close-but-not-there-yet to my goal of saving enough HBD to pay for a keyboard. I based the amount off of what I had found way earlier in the year that I thought was the best deal I could get on a full-sized (88 key) keyboard. I didn't need it to have ten bajillion fancy functions, I just wanted it to be full piano size, get a sustaining pedal for it, be able to plug headphones into it so I don't drive my neighbors crazy, and hopefully be able to record onto my computer so I can share online when I play.
And I found one with MORE to it (including a carrying case, a stand, and headphones, in addition to a sustaining pedal) on Walmart's website (a site I don't normally check because I usually avoid Walmart) for $190. I was excited. I had enough for that!
And today, my three days wait to withdraw my HBD savings ends. So I looked again, and:
Nooooooooooooooooooooooo! ☹️😭
So I copied the exact text of the listing and searched it, and behold!!!!!
Even ten dollars cheaper!
MY KEYBOARD IS ORDERED!!!!!!! I'm so excited!!! This is literally a lifelong dream to own one of these! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
So did I hit 275 HBD? No. But I didn't need it! My real goal was getting a keyboard, so ...goal reached!!! :D
So to the Saturday Savers Club, thank you so much for helping me reach all of my goals this year!!!!! Just in time! 😃
Goal #1: 200 EDS - complete!
Goal #2: PUM badge - complete!
Goal #3: Piano keyboard - complete!!!!
I'm so happy! :D
