Community In Hive

in #hive-19768521 days ago

Just like every other, I started hive with little knowledge and more guidance from my elder brother who's also my onboarder. In early February, when I just began, the Hiveghana community was my most visited.

I loved the topics and the fun that comes with engaging. Then, I didn't know there was more to the hive planform than I thought since engaging more would increase my chances of getting votes, I placed all my energy on the hive-ghana community. Along the line, I noticed other names like the Hivenaija and Hivelearners through others' posts during the period of engagement, it triggered my curiosity to ask questions and that was how it started.
Where I discovered other weekly and interesting prompts in different communities aside from the one I knew. I began the follow-up process by watching out for the daily prompts alongside the rules and regulations which I was strictly warned to take note of before writing. It wasn't exactly difficult with Hivenaija, unlike the learner's hub which requires more processes that I still have to complete.

I had both the hive-ghana and Naija to keep up my three streak-a-week posts but in May, the month I decided on writing every day, I knew I needed more exposure if I would want to meet up to the task. These exposed me more to community hunting and through these mediums, I discovered the free writer's community.

In my way, I've always loved playing around with inanimate objects by putting some life to it as though they were living and seeing the picture prompts weekly posts got my attention. I remember the first picture I came across was that of a helpless princess.

The freewriters community makes one express thought through writing either in a story form or poem and my favorite part is the non-word counts rule. Aside from making writing easy, it also enables a person to be straight up with the points and in that sense, you find a point with a less number of fifty words count but brilliant enough to give a mind blow. In such instances, I've asked myself how they thought of it that way.
The free writers's community gives room for creativity as well as encourages its members with votes and rewards for the top three.

It became one of my most visited in the hive platform and am glad to have found it out of the numerous communities which somehow am still getting to explore in my free time.

THESE MY RESPONSE TO THE WEEKLY PROMPT OF THE #INDIAUNITED COMMUNITY.

Good day

Free writing is a fun thing to do. I like to read people's entries to that picture contest, I don't know when I'll write mine.

I'm glad to know you're exploring Hive well, keep it up 💪
