Today's post looks into the Afri-tunes community. This Hive community aims to spread the love, the calmness, the smiles, the culture, the songs and the dance associated with African tunes. The Afri-Tunes community feature a wide range of styles, some unique to Africa, including Highlife, Makossa, Soukous, Sebene, Fuji, Juju, Ogené, Afro-beat, Apala, Palm Wine Groove and many others!

OVERVIEW - Afri-Tunes

The Afri-Tunes community is one of the biggest Niche Music communities on Hive, gathering support from many great artists and community members. The Afri-tunes community brings weekly events to further advance users' exposure to a wider Hive audience. Together with the support of the main music communities on Hive, as well as ReggaeJAHM and Beatzchain, Afri-Tunes has a great curation team and Music involvement within Hive.

Afri-Tunes brings an African Twist to the typical music scene on Hive. Giving African-inspired music a place to shine! This community has built on success after success over the last couple of years, highlighting some of the best Afri-tunes on Hive from some brilliant artists!

Featuring weekly activities to encourage engagement and exposure to the best Afri-tunes, the community shares joy and love worldwide! There's a weekly celebration of African Music on hive so you'll never be short of opportunities to share and find the tunes you love! Check out the latest week's event here.

There are also prizes connected to this, so you have another chance to earn with your african music.

Interesting to mention in this context is also the Afri Vocal Institute. This is an initiative by @obaro to help people train their voice and singing. He shares lots of tipps and excersises around this topic and it´s definitely worth a look!, Here is the introdcution video of the Institute.
