It's time for an update on how things are going with DUO! There's been a lot happening, so let's dive in and see the status of the project!
Mini sale update
As started in the previous DUO update link here 1000 DUO was put up for sale at 0.95 hive each, this mini sale sold out quickly, as we preciously stated these funds will go toward purchasing other tokens that will give @duo-curator upvotes on the update posts and/or provide dividends, everything generated from these tokens will go back to DUO stakers!
So far we powered up 50 of those funds for @duo-curator and 900 will be left for these tokens, we currently have a buy order to buy 100 EDS, we are looking for suggestion on other tokens that would be worth our consideration.
August HSBI Raffle

Relinquishing part of founder funds
As stated in the white paper the DUO team will be entitled to 1.5 million DUO for managing the project however the team has recently decided to relinquish 500k DUO from that fund ! These funds will be used to grow DUO further getting us more tokens as in the example above, as well as potential for providing liquidity post tranche sales/ increasing the accounts HP.
This is a recent decision however we will be sure to share fund usage as we are committed to transparency.
HP Growth
Right now we're sitting at 12,155.512 HP!
90% of all tokens, HBD, etc earned., will be sold off and paid out as dividends. Only 10% will be staked or powered up in order to grow the project.
Remember a minimum of 200 DUO staked is required to be eligible for dividends
Right now, nothing has been delegated to the HOC account while we're still growing the project. We didn't set an exact timeline for this, but we will announce this change once it's effective.
Voting weight target
As stated in a previous DUO update we have a target voting weights but we will adjust on the go to insure healthy mana.
Remember a minimum of 200 DUO staked is required to be eligible for curation.

Sales
Right now, DUO is being sold for 1 Hive each. The first tranche sold out quite some time back and we are in the middle of the second.
Once it sells out the next tranche of 60,000 DUO will be sold for 1.5 Hive each, so get in early while there's still time!
