Hello great people on hive platform, it's my pleasure to share with you the steps on how to prepare a delicious Nigerian jollof rice which I prepared almost every day for my family to enjoy.

ingredients:
rice
tomato
curry
thyme
salt
maggi
crayfish
pepper
onions
chicken
water.
Steps:
measure ur rice according to the quantity u want, put it in the pot n par boil it,after par boiling the rice wash it very well with cold water,after that cut ur chicken into desire sizes, steam it with pepper, maggi seasoning, chicken flavour,salt,curry, thyme and onions,when ur chicken is well steamed, bring the pot down n remove the chicken from the water, turn the water into plate then put ur pot on fire,when the pot is hot add ur groundnut oil,when the oil is hot you add ur chicken and start frying till it has a golden colour then u remove it from the oil, bring the pot down n filter the oil.
chop at least two bulbs of onions after that put ur pot back on fire,put ur groundnut oil the quantity of ur choice but not too much,when the oil is hot,add ur sliced onions stir it add ur fresh or tin tomatoes,stir it for 5-10mins when the tomatoes is deep red in colour add ur pepper and stir for a while then add your water the same quantity with ur rice, add maggi seasoning,salt, crayfish, pepper,dried curry, thyme,spicity into the water,cover your pot with a clean lid and allow the water to boil,when the water have boil add ur parboiled rice,stir it very well and cover the pot very tight and allow the rice to cook,when the rice is almost done reduced the heat to medium or low heat so that your rice will not burn,when ur rice is well cooked stir it and add ur fried chicken, bring ur rice pot down.
